About Divelance
Divelance is staffing and scheduling software for the dive industry, built by people who know how a dive season really runs.
Dive work moves fast. Boats leave in the morning whether the crew is complete or not, freelancers work for several dive centers in a week, and many divers follow the seasons from one country to the next.
Most of it still happens in group chats, phone calls and spreadsheets. Divelance brings it into one app: who is free when, who is booked where, who to call when someone drops out, and a record of who worked where that the bookings themselves keep accurate.
We sell software subscriptions. Divelance is not a recruitment agency or a job board: no money passes between users, and jobs are an included feature, never sold as advertising.
